Role Description Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a hunter mentality? Join our fast-paced team and play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth! Reporting to the Regional Director of Revenue, the Preventative Maintenance Account Representative is a hunter role focused on: - Lead generation - Proposal building - Selling the MultiPro preventative maintenance & common area cleaning services at desired margins - Client onboarding - CRM management for an assigned geography Acting as the client advocate, this role will work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied by each department to improve the overall client experience. Qualifications - 2+ years of strong successful experience in a transactional B2B environment selling services preferred - Strong history of securing new clients and growing accounts through cold calling, cross-selling, and referrals - Proficient in asking insightful questions and identifying pain points to influence and engage decision-makers - Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to drive tailored solutions - Experience managing pipelines and driving results using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) - Advanced skills in persuasion, motivation, and closing deals - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new platforms quickly - High level of professionalism, accountability, and ethical decision-making - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt in dynamic environments - Valid Driver’s License required for frequent travel within your designated market Requirements - Grow preventative maintenance & common area cleaning revenue in assigned market and geography - Increase retention and revenue of PMAR’s book of business - Cross-sell make ready services with Business Development Representative - Work cohesively with Customer Client Success Manager when applicable - Reduce drop-off in use of services through strong client engagement - Maintain full preventative maintenance schedule within Salesforce - Foster strong client relationships based on MultiPro’s value propositions - Collaborate with internal departments to exceed customer expectations - Manage and resolve client issues or complaints - Identify solutions and improved processes across departments - Develop proposals, prepare project bids, and coordinate the successful handoff of new work - Promote and educate property staff on new service offerings - Work with operations team to ensure agreement on job scope and service protocols - Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Represent our organization at industry-related trade shows and exhibits - Organize work and determine resources and requirements - Perform other duties as assigned Benefits - Competitive starting salary from: $60,000+ - On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000 - $120,000 per year - Uncapped monthly commission - Bi-weekly fixed auto allowance + monthly variable mileage reimbursement - Robust Training Program: 2-week structured onboarding program - Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you & your family - Flexible Time Off: No preset accruals, plus 10 company-paid holidays - 401k with company match, life and disability insurance, AD&D - Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year - Additional perks: Referral bonuses, pet insurance, associate assistance programs, discount programs
