Sales Specialist – Foundry

• Develop and implement sales of products such as bentonites, resins, and other solutions from the portfolio • Manage and develop the customer portfolio/accounts in the region • Prospect new customers and identify market opportunities • Provide technical-commercial support to existing and potential customers • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, technical assessments/reports, reports, and quotations • Coordinate sample shipments and monitor industrial tests and trials conducted by customers • Perform technical and commercial follow-up on results obtained in tests and applications • Lead commercial negotiations, balancing competitiveness, profitability, and customer relationships • Work closely with technical teams, laboratory, logistics, and operations to ensure excellence in service • Monitor market movements, competitors, and trends in the foundry segment.
Job Requirements
- Availability to work in the Southeast or South regions
- Hold a valid Category B driver's license (CNH B) and be available for frequent travel
- Experience in technical sales, preferably in the foundry, metallurgy, mining, industrial chemicals, or related sectors
- Experience with consultative selling and developing technical applications for industrial customers
- Bachelor's degree (completed), preferably in Engineering, Metallurgy, Foundry, Materials, Chemistry, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and experience leading commercial projects
- Preferred: prior experience in the foundry market will be considered a significant advantage.
