This role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and operations teams to achieve cash flow management, deal desk quoting consultation focused on value for customer while achieving margin outcomes, opportunity data integrity and process improvements, and prepare, analyze, and develop recommendations for reports related to operational and financial activities. Key Responsibilities: Accountable as the primary contact for sales guidance on pricing structure and deal related negotiations. Provide total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to support pricing packages, RFPs, and promotions in coordination with sales and product teams. Conduct cost and margin analysis, assess the impact of discounts, and ensure profitability while providing guidance to sales team. Review, approve, and provide guidance for sales quotes, assessing accuracy in sales parts usage, quantities, discounting, and required documentation. Develop a continuous communication loop with operations and sales teams to identify areas of improvement in quoting accuracy. Analyze and prepare negotiated price lists for strategic customers and partners. Partner with Pricing Manager and Product Management to incorporate deal desk feedback to remove barriers and/or manage change. Generate and analyze financial reports, including monthly accounts receivable (AR), cash attainment, AR forecast assessment, and cloud and Merge product usage volumes for accurate invoicing and cost management. Analyze customer payment trends and recommend process improvements to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk. Minimize financial risk by reporting and analyzing concessions made in the order management process. Work flexible or extended hours during peak periods or to accommodate sales cycle needs. Within established guidelines, step in as back up in Sr. Director’s absence for pre-sales operational direction. Job Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in a financial or operations role, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment.
- Strong analytical, financial, and deal structure skills.
- Strong ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for various stakeholders.
- Experience in executive-level communication, adapting messaging based on the audience.
- Proficiency in financial systems, CRM and ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
