Qualifications - Administration, Engineering, or related Bachelor’s degree. - 7+ years’ experience in sales/customer serving environments. - Strong knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing industries. - Extensive experience for a similarly-sized sales organization within a product company. - Proven ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts. - A strong blend of analytical, decision making and creative problem-solving skills. - Exceptional presentation, communication, and written communication skills. - Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, negotiation, and project management. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications - MBA is preferred. - Familiarity with the Superior Boiler brand and its product offerings. Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Hutchinson, KS location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.
