Responsabilités - Travailler comme membre à part entière d’une équipe organisée en mode agile, responsable du support opérationnel Unix et de projets d’infrastructure; - Assurer le suivi des demandes et incidents des clients en agissant comme partenaire d’affaires de confiance, avec transparence et sens des responsabilités; - Participer au support « Follow-the-Sun » couvrant l’Europe et l’Asie; - Proposer des solutions innovantes, évolutives et industrialisées afin d’automatiser les tâches répétitives et améliorer l’efficacité globale de l’équipe; - Participer activement aux initiatives d’automatisation à l’échelle de l’entreprise en collaboration avec plusieurs équipes fonctionnelles; - Gérer les activités conformément au cadre ITIL (gestion des changements, des incidents et des requêtes); - S’intégrer aux routines opérationnelles de l’équipe et participer aux opérations en temps supplémentaire planifiées au moins une fois par mois; - Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de support niveau 1 basée à Bangalore afin d’optimiser continuellement la prestation de services; - Renforcer son expertise des pratiques agiles, avec Scrum au cœur de l’organisation des équipes; - Contribuer à la conception et au développement d’API pour automatiser les opérations TI (forte expertise Python requise); - Participer à la conception et à la livraison des produits des équipes fonctionnelles, en apportant une expertise technique et une vision architecturale; - Supporter un environnement à grande échelle de plus de 2 500 serveurs. Qualifications - Expertise avancée des systèmes d’exploitation Linux (RHEL) : administration, gestion du cycle de vie, sécurisation (hardening) et optimisation des performances; - Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes aux niveaux noyau, processus, mémoire et entrées/sorties (I/O); - Expérience avec les outils de surveillance et d’observabilité (ex. : Zabbix, Prometheus, contrôles de santé personnalisés); - Compétences en développement et en scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible, Puppet); - Expérience en automatisation de niveau production, intégration d’API et développement d’outils; - Connaissance de la gestion des volumes (LVM, multipathing) et de l’optimisation des systèmes de fichiers (XFS, ext4); - Expertise avec Puppet : conception modulaire, Hiera, gestion des environnements, déploiement de configurations à grande échelle; - Expérience avec les technologies infonuagiques (architectures hybrides, provisioning, intégration); - Maîtrise de Red Hat Identity Management (IdM), intégration LDAP, ainsi que des mécanismes d’authentification et d’autorisation; - Connaissance du matériel d’entreprise (HP/DELL x86), incluant firmware, BIOS et RAID; - Bonne compréhension de TCP/IP et des services associés (LDAP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, NFS) ainsi que du dépannage de dépendances complexes; - Expérience avec les plateformes de sauvegarde d’entreprise (ex. : NetBackup), validation des restaurations et préparation à la reprise après sinistre; - Connaissance des environnements SAN, du stockage Fibre Channel, NFS et de la configuration multipath I/O; - Compréhension des mécanismes de haute disponibilité et de basculement (failover); - Expérience en gestion des correctifs, conformité et remédiation des vulnérabilités; - Solides compétences en analyse des causes profondes (RCA) et gestion des problèmes en production; - Expérience de contribution à des projets open source (ex. : GitHub), incluant revues de code et documentation; - Avoir une excellente communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec. Requirements - Expérience avec Red Hat Satellite (content views, environnements de cycle de vie, gestion des correctifs à grande échelle); - Connaissance de la stack Elastic (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash) pour la journalisation centralisée; - Expérience avec des outils de Software Factory (ex. : Jenkins, pipelines CI/CD) et les pratiques de livraison continue; - Connaissance d’OpenStack (calcul, réseau, stockage, opérations).
