Il/la candidato/a ideale collaborerà a stretto contatto con il nostro team multidisciplinare, partecipando attivamente a iniziative di analisi e progettazione per migliorare la rete di trasporti e favorire l’adozione di soluzioni di mobilità innovative. Responsabilità principali: - Coordinamento del team di sviluppo e ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali; - Gestione di progetti complessi su Data Management, Cloud e Automazione dei processi; - Sviluppo e gestione di piattaforme scalabili aderenti alle best practices; - Garanzia di obiettivi raggiunti con alta qualità tecnica. Qualifications - Oltre 7 anni nella gestione di progetti complessi, con focus su Data Management, Cloud, Process Automation, analisi dati avanzata e integrazione di sistemi. - Progetti in contesti ad alta complessità (postale, finanziario), program management tecnico su Data Warehouse, Big Data e Cloud Solutions. - Definizione di soluzioni IT avanzate, coordinamento di progetti, gestione clienti e miglioramento continuo dei processi aziendali. - Esperienza con piattaforme cloud (Azure, Dynamics 365), Big Data (Hadoop, Spark), automazione (Celonis), BI (Power BI) e linguaggi di programmazione (Python, SQL, Java). - Pianificazione, gestione budget, mitigazione rischi, integrazione di sistemi complessi in ambienti multivendor. - Leadership, orientamento ai risultati, proattività, problem-solving e capacità di comunicazione efficace. - Focalizzazione sul miglioramento continuo e l'adozione di soluzioni innovative per affrontare sfide aziendali. - Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese sia scritta che orale. The role involves: - Facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management. - Managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.
