• Gestión de proyecto gestionado de transformación de los sistemas legados del cliente a tecnología de microservicios. • Tendrás un equipo a cargo formado por arquitectos de soluciones, de SW, analista funcionales, APs Front y Back y QAs. • Excepcionalmente también tendrá consultores UXs y DevOps.
Job Requirements
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de TI de cierta envergadura ( más de20 personas a cargo ), idealmente en proyectos de transformación tecnológica con experiencia en integración/despliegue continuo
- Conocimiento y experiencia con JEE sobre todo en arquitectura de microservicios y conceptos devops
- Gestión de principio a fin de los proyectos a su cargo, gestión de alcance y planificación, gestión del cambio, de la comunicación, riesgos y control financiero de los recursos.
- Grandes dotes de comunicación y negociación en entornos matriciales con manejo de dependencias
- Experiencia en metodología agile y waterfall
- Enfoque orientado a resultados, seguimiento exhaustivo de planificaciones y consecución de metas del proyecto
- Experiencia en proyectos llave en mano donde es crítico la optimización de los recursos
- Es necesario residir en Madrid para visitas puntuales
- Es necesario tener carrera universitaria relacionada con IT o similar
