Role Description We are hiring for our sister app, Eaze, an Emotional wellness platform. Currently, we operate in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth. Looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for: - Making outbound calls to potential and existing hosts to inform them about products and services. - Following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. - Maintaining detailed records of host interactions and transactions. - Achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. - Providing accurate and timely information to hosts. - Staying updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers. - Training & onboarding new hosts as per Guidelines of App. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role. - Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak). - Ability to handle Host rejection and remain patient. - Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & Excel. - Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team. As an accredited and certified network counselor trained in financial matters, you will provide personal and family financial readiness counseling and proactive lifecycle financial education that provide military service members and families with the tools and information they need to develop individual strategies to meet financial goals and achieve financial readiness. Financial readiness counseling services may be provided individually, to couples, and to families. Qualifications - A baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or other accredited institution of higher learning. - Three (3) years of experience providing financial counseling or related financial education services. - At least one active certification from the following list: - Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) - Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) - Strong understanding of Military community and military unique needs and challenges. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of Section 992 of Title 10, U.S.C. - Knowledge of the Service Member's Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Public Law 110-289, Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, as well as other pertinent laws and policies. - US citizenship. - Ability to support occasional surge workload tied to major events or campaigns. - Ability to work in fully remote settings. - Cannot have been placed on probation and/or remediation or have been removed from financial counseling networks. - Ability to sustain prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Tier II clearance.
