We are building a network of freelance reviewers to watch these videos and tell us two things: Is the content factually correct? And will a real aspirant actually understand it? What You Will Do - Watch assigned videos (2–5 min each) and fill a structured review scorecard. - Fact-check key graphics and claims against standard sources (NCERTs, PIB, official reports, the Constitution, etc.). - Flag outdated information, schemes renamed, data revised, amendments passed. - Rate comprehension quality: - Is the explanation clear for a first-time learner? - Is pacing right? - Are terms explained before use? - Note specific timestamps when you find an issue and report. - Complete each scorecard within 24 hours of assignment. Qualifications - Currently preparing for UPSC CSE or any State PSC exam OR have done so in the last 3 years. - Preferred: Cleared UPSC/State PSC Prelims. - Strong on GS fundamentals: History, Polity, Geography, Economy, Environment. - Can tell the difference between a factual error and a framing choice. - Comfortable writing structured, specific feedback (not just 'this was confusing'). - Access to a smartphone or laptop and reliable internet. - Expert level proficiency in Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities: - Review and moderate audio, video, and chat conversations as per platform guidelines. - Monitor user-generated content and interactions to ensure compliance with community standards. - Identify, investigate, and take appropriate action on inappropriate, abusive, harmful, or policy-violating content. - Escalate critical safety issues and high-risk cases to the relevant internal teams. - Audit recorded conversations to ensure quality, compliance, and policy adherence. - Document moderation decisions accurately and maintain detailed moderation records. - Assist in preparing periodic moderation reports and identifying recurring trends. - Support appeals and review requests by re-evaluating flagged content when required. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and user safety initiatives. - Stay updated on evolving Trust & Safety policies, moderation guidelines, and platform protocols. - Contribute towards creating a safe, respectful, and engaging experience for users across Dostt and Eaze. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1–2 years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Community Moderation, Customer Support, Quality Audit, or similar roles. - Strong understanding of community guidelines and online safety standards. - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with sound judgment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Read, Write & Speak mandatory). - Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content while maintaining professionalism. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and computer applications. - High attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency in moderation decisions. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Role Description We are hiring for our sister app Dostt, an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Oriya & Bengali. Having built a strong base in India, we are now launching in the Philippines, our first locally-sourced international market, operating in Tagalog (Filipino) and English. As we expand into this new market, we are seeking an Associate - Supply Operations Manager, who will be one of the founding members on the ground for Dostt Philippines. This role involves: - Managing the operational supply of community hosts and key contributors. - Ensuring a well-balanced and engaging environment for the Philippines’s base. - Ensuring an optimal number of active hosts and contributors. - Developing talent pipelines and coordinating resources. - Overseeing the smooth operation of 1:1 Audio/Video calls. - Working closely with community teams, supply-side partners, Trust & Safety, and Hosts. - Contributing in Tagalog-language content moderation. - Serving as the primary translation and localization bridge between our central product and operations teams and the local market.
