In addition, the Corporate Fitness Trainer will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and facilitation of other company-wide health and wellness initiatives as requested; including wellness challenges, first aid and safety training and preparedness, and other health-centered employee events. The Corporate Fitness Trainer will also be responsible for the creation of daily content for our company-wide virtual platforms (YouTube, Viva Engage); including exercise and workout videos, blog posts, recipes, articles, calendars of local wellness offerings, and other wellness-related content as requested. Nuestro departamento clínico brinda servicios de asesoramiento a escala mundial, incluido el apoyo telefónico, la gestión de casos clínicos, el asesoramiento telefónico estructurado, la remisión de recursos aplicables y el asesoramiento a corto plazo. Responsabilidades: - Proporcionar asesoramiento telefónico y por video en una sola sesión, apoyo en el momento y gestión telefónica de crisis de manera solidaria, ética y profesional, manteniendo la confidencialidad del cliente. - Evaluar minuciosamente a los clientes para garantizar la idoneidad del asesoramiento a corto plazo. - Evaluar y gestionar las llamadas de alto riesgo y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las personas en situación de riesgo. - Referir adecuadamente a los clientes a recursos externos o dentro de WPO como parte de nuestro enfoque holístico. - Desarrollar planes de tratamiento claros y concisos para los clientes de manera colaborativa. - Mantener una documentación clínica clara y orientada a las tareas en el sistema de gestión de casos. - Cualquier otra tarea adicional pertinente para el puesto que la dirección considere oportuna. Requisitos: - Psicólogo clínico con título Psicologa General Sanitaria. - Mínimo 2 años de contacto directo con el cliente brindando asesoramiento o servicios de salud mental. - Gran capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita en neerlandés e inglés. - Experiencia proporcionando evaluaciones y/o utilizando herramientas de evaluación clínica. - La formación en mindfulness o asesoramiento centrado en soluciones es una ventaja.
