Role Description We are recruiting for a remote therapy role that keeps the focus on direct client care. This is counseling work with a clear purpose: give clients a reliable place to process, plan, and keep moving. The role is full-time and remote, with client care delivered through a secure telehealth setting tied to San Diego, California. You will be part of a care model where clients can access support from home while receiving professional clinical attention. - Review progress and update treatment direction when clinically appropriate - Communicate clearly and professionally in all client-facing documentation - Create a safe virtual space for clients to process, reflect, and plan next steps - Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes - Active California LPCC license in good standing - Ability to build rapport through video sessions and maintain a consistent full-time schedule - Comfort supporting adult clients with a range of behavioral health concerns Qualifications - Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a closely related field - Professional experience providing therapy in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or similar settings Requirements - 2 weeks PTO - Health Insurance - 401K Plan with 3% Company Match - Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours Benefits - 2 weeks PTO - Health Insurance - 401K Plan with 3% Company Match
