Role Description We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented junior Traceability Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This is a hands-on, ground-level role at the intersection of data operations, supplier engagement, and AI validation — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build deep expertise in supply chain traceability within the consumer goods industry. You will play a critical role in unblocking traceability implementations by: - Chasing down data gaps - Engaging directly with suppliers - Ensuring data accuracy across our platform You'll also work closely with our Data Science team to help test and improve AI models in real-world conditions, and support our Center of Excellence (COE) as it navigates an evolving global regulatory landscape.
