This paid, summer internship offers hands-on experience focusing on data management, analytics, and operational support to enhance marketing effectiveness and improve decision-making across campaigns, content, and strategic market planning. What you will do: - Market Planning - Assist with our annual market planning data preparation and analysis - Research and package data for the market planning process including: - Competitive research - Energy market data - Market opportunity and value-unlock analysis - Campaign performance data - Consultants spend and job chargeability insights - Event spend, performance, and ROI (plan vs actual) - CRM & Data Operations - Support development and maintenance of marketing performance metrics - Contribute to a Salesforce.com analytics dashboard and reporting processes - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems - Support the tracking of leads, campaigns, and engagement metrics - Content & Asset Data Management - Audit and maintain case study and marketing asset databases - Assist with launching email campaigns and webinar event support - Assist in building and optimizing a centralized asset repository (e.g., SharePoint) - Improve searchability and organization - Recommend data structure and taxonomy - Data Organization & Process Support - Support updates to legacy content systems (e.g., Qvidian, fact sheets) - Perform structured, high-volume data integrity tasks Qualifications - Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, data science or related field - Exhibits professionalism, maturity, and confidence when engaging with senior team members - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data - Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy - Strong communication skills for coordinating data validation with stakeholders - Interest in marketing analytics and performance tracking - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel / data analysis tools, SharePoint or content management systems Requirements - Hourly range: $19.00 - $22.00 - This position includes a competitive benefits package. This position will report to the Director of Category Management. You will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and implementing personal care/ home care/ oral care category strategies, developing processes and tools for field sales and retail customers, and influencing corporate strategy for key business areas. **This position is based out of our New York, NY office (Park Avenue) where you are expected to work in-office 4x week (Monday - Thursday).** Responsibilities: - Leverage insights and analytics to articulate the category, segment and occasion trends will be important. Similarly, strategically plan for new, existing and exciting assortment will be necessary.
