Title: Import Export Coordinator Location: Remote Mexico Full time Remote Essential Functions - Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements. - Completes ongoing training on new import/export regulations concerning allclinical supplies. - Participates in and supports department project teams. - May coordinate or serve as a liason cross-functionally. - Focus on and maintain all import-related documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely availability in accordance with CRG Trade Compliance - Import Export processes. - Provide ongoing tracking and updates of operational trackers (imports, shipments, licenses, payments), ensuring accuracy and real-time visibility. - May Executes import & export activities according to PPD requirements, Client requirements and applicable regulations. - May Executes the Import & Export/ Trade Compliance plan for each project assigned. - May Meets with the Trade Compliance Manager to discuss import & export issues. - Provides appropriate recommendations and alerts. - Participates in ongoing Training on new Regulations concerningImport/Exports activities. Skills - Advance English and good communication skills both written and verbal - Basic understanding of the Clinical Supply process, such as manufacturing, handling, importing, - shipping, exporting, auditing, labeling and packaging - Strong organizational, planning, analytical thinking and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs - Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail aligned with high standards of quality and excellence - Adaptive to changes and ability to handle high-pressure situations - Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with moderate direct supervision - Ability to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestions

Director of Product Communications San Francisco Bay Area Reporting to the VP of Public Affairs, you will help lead product storytelling that introduces people all over the world to Discord. We’re looking for an experienced communications pro to develop and execute strategies that tell our product story across consumer and industry audiences. We have inspiring stories to tell – everything from new features to player stories, to what makes Discord unique, to how we’re fueling the gaming industry for developers. Working with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll play a big role in helping us build comprehension for how Discord uniquely sits at the intersection of connection and play.
