Ele será responsável por: - Criar peças gráficas e animações mais sofisticadas, adaptadas a diferentes públicos e objetivos. - Utilizar ferramentas como Premiere, Figma, After Effects e CapCut para desenvolver e otimizar os criativos. - Realizar testes A/B e analisar dados de performance para melhorar as taxas de conversão. - Desenvolver e aplicar técnicas de motion design para aumentar o engajamento nas campanhas. - Explorar o uso de IA para acelerar a criação de criativos e melhorar a qualidade visual. - Contribuir com insights e soluções criativas, aplicando fundamentos de design e performance. - Aprimorar a Defesa Criativa, justificando escolhas de design com dados e estratégias. Qualifications - Domínio de ferramentas de design como Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere e After Effects. - Experiência em criar animações intermediárias e Landing Pages. - Capacidade de análise de dados de performance e otimização de criativos. - Conhecimento em técnicas de UX/UI e design para performance. - Autonomia para desenvolver materiais para diferentes públicos e campanhas. • Create clean, visually engaging advertisements using client-provided copy and assets in Adobe Illustrator. • Deliver high-quality design work quickly and accurately while consistently meeting daily and weekly production goals. • Ensure all ads meet established team standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications. • Partner with full-time Designers to maintain design consistency and uphold overall quality across projects. • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, demonstrating a strong customer-service orientation. • Accept and apply constructive feedback to refine designs and improve workflow efficiency continually. • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications - Native Ukrainian and intermediate English skills (B1); - 2+ years of professional experience in video content creation; - A proven portfolio demonstrating work in video and motion design; - Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and a subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud package (including After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Premiere (optional); - Strong, fundamental knowledge of animation principles, composition, perspective, color, and tone; - Personal computer (Minimum: 32 GB RAM / NVIDIA RTX 4070+ / Intel i7) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload). Requirements - High engagement, openness to receiving/incorporating feedback, a creative mindset for non-trivial solutions, and a simple, empathetic communication style; - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro; - Personal gaming experience, specifically within the RPG and Action genres.
