Role Description The N2 Company is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for client interactions. Our Ad Strategist will work directly with Area Directors, their clients, and our N2 Design team to strategize ad designs and manage the ad deadline process for all publications assigned to them. They should be able to work with multiple deadlines and publications simultaneously. As this is a 100% remote, work-from-home position, the right fit for this role would describe themselves as self-motivated with a growth mindset and a drive to be both efficient and creative. This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The salary range is $45,000 to $48,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action - Strategize and act as the point of contact for ad designs for new and existing clients. - Act as the communication hub for all things within the ad strategy process. - Maintain positive relationships with Area Directors following the program specifications. - Build relationships with clients to support positive experiences. - Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and work to minimize past-due amounts. - Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes. - Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy. - Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all ads are prepared and organized. - Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries. - Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, clients, residents, and fellow team members. - Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment. • Build and manage a network of freelance AI specialists, identifying top talent and maintaining a strong bench of trusted contributors. • Lead multiple AI projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery. • Translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with engineering leaders to design scalable, effective solutions. • Promote strong documentation and knowledge sharing to support team collaboration and long-term success. • Monitor and support AI systems and automation workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. • Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex challenges, providing clear context and recommendations for resolution. • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption.
• Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram accounts for magazine publishers, keeping branding consistent. • Help create, schedule, and post social media content based on the content calendar and marketing needs. • Research and suggest new, engaging social media ideas to connect with the audience and grow the brand. • Review social media posts to ensure they align with brand messaging and are error-free. • Monitor and evaluate marketing results while sharing ideas for enhancing performance. • Manage the marketing inbox, responding quickly to team questions and resolving issues.

• Create clean, visually engaging advertisements using client-provided copy and assets in Adobe Illustrator. • Deliver high-quality design work quickly and accurately while consistently meeting daily and weekly production goals. • Ensure all ads meet established team standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications. • Partner with full-time Designers to maintain design consistency and uphold overall quality across projects. • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, demonstrating a strong customer-service orientation. • Accept and apply constructive feedback to refine designs and improve workflow efficiency continually. • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business users to turn complex requirements into clear, workable stories. • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing the latest QA tools and industry best practices. • Champion continuous improvement by recommending ways to refine and optimize our development lifecycle. • Empower the team by driving the adoption of effective QA tools and processes. • Craft comprehensive testing plans to ensure our most critical features are delivered with excellence and precision.
• Assist Area Directors develop their skills while building one-on-one relationships with them. • Train Area Directors in our processes and procedures via phone conferences. • Respond to a steady stream of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between via phone and email with both Area Directors and their advertising clients. • Work both individually and within a small, close-knit team to solve problems. • Answer incoming phone calls to cover current staffing pattern needs. • Brainstorm and implement ways to be proactive in your role to reduce reactiveness in engaging with Area Directors. • Collaborate with our Design team to help Area Directors understand our design process and administrative tasks.
