Divisional Sourcing Director, Financial Services

• The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads all Client Sourcing Operations • Responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within the Financial Services Division at JLL • Lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing plans within assigned Division through collaboration with Divisional Presidents and Clients • Grow a high-performing S&P team, manage, mentor, and recruit professionals • Drive communication, both verbal and written, with all stakeholders to influence and win new business
Job Requirements
- Direct financial services industry experience required
- Experience in senior leadership positions leading large, dynamic, remote teams required
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred.
- At least 15-20 years of experience working with Sourcing and Procurement.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders.
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrix client organization
- Demonstrated experience with client presentations
- Demonstrated experience in the sales process within a large organization
