• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screen, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process • Identify qualified candidates for our open roles via outreach, referrals, search tools, networking, and various creative channels • Generate candidate interest through personalized communication by clearly articulating Limble’s product, company culture, and growth trajectory • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality, passive candidates • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill set and qualifications • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and obtain timely, thorough feedback • Maintain accurate and updated candidate pipelines in our ATS (Ashby) • Build and maintain market insights regarding hiring trends • Consistently deliver a positive and timely recruiting experience for candidates, regardless of outcome
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within a recruiting agency or high-growth company
- Passion for sourcing diverse talent, with an emphasis on creatively engaging passive candidates
- Ability to recruit for technical roles (Product Manager and Software Engineers specifically) with the ability to also support a wide range of positions across various departments
- Eagerness to take on both high level and administrative tasks within the recruiting department
- Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency
- Experience in promoting employer value propositions and negotiating and closing passive candidates
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing and outreach tools
- International recruiting experience a plus

We are hiring a Technical Sourcer to build and drive the top-of-funnel pipeline for our software engineering and product hiring lanes. You will work directly with our Technical Recruiter as a dedicated sourcing partner, owning candidate identification, outreach, and initial qualification. This is a high-output, high-craft role. What You Will Own - Pipeline Development - Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for software engineering roles across autonomy, full-stack, embedded, and forward-deployed disciplines. - Source product management and product design candidates with backgrounds in C2, mission software, robotics, or defense-adjacent hardware-software products. - Develop Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter projects, GitHub profiles, conference speaker lists, and other non-obvious sourcing surfaces to reach passive candidates. - Identify talent clusters within defense primes, national labs, aerospace companies, robotics startups, and hyperscalers with relevant systems depth. - Outreach and Engagement - Write and send personalized outreach that reflects Swarm Aero's mission and the specificity of the role, not templated copy-paste. - Own A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences to continuously improve response rates. - Conduct initial screens to assess interest, eligibility, and basic technical fit before passing candidates to the Technical Recruiter. - Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in Ashby, including outreach history, response rates, and disposition notes. - Sourcing Intelligence - Track and report on pipeline metrics weekly: contacts made, response rates, screens completed, and candidates advanced. - Surface market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, and competitive movement in the defense tech and autonomy software space. - Contribute to target company lists, sourcing playbooks, and Boolean string libraries for use across the TA team. Qualifications - 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, with demonstrated success building passive candidate pipelines for software engineering roles. - Deep fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one additional sourcing surface (GitHub, X/Twitter, conference databases, niche communities). - Strong Boolean search skills and the ability to construct targeted searches for roles with narrow technical profiles. - Excellent written communication; your outreach messages are specific, brief, and worth responding to. - High attention to detail in ATS hygiene and pipeline tracking. - Self-directed and comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment. Requirements - Experience sourcing for defense tech, aerospace, robotics, or dual-use software companies. - Familiarity with sourcing engineers who hold or could obtain security clearances. - Experience sourcing product managers or designers in technically complex environments. - Prior use of Ashby ATS. - Demonstrated ability to build sourcing playbooks or target company lists from scratch.
