Growth Marketing Manager – 3 Month Contract

• Audit existing email nurture programs and marketing automations in HubSpot — evaluate performance, identify gaps, and deliver a prioritized set of recommendations. • Implement approved changes to nurture sequences, workflows, enrollment triggers, and segmentation logic directly in HubSpot. • Build and launch promotional email campaigns to support content, webinars, and offers — managing copy coordination, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment. • Develop and execute webinar promotion sequences including registration campaigns, reminder communications, and post-event follow-up nurtures. • Partner cross-functionally with the marketing team to align email execution with broader campaign calendars and content launches. • Monitor email performance (open rates, click rates, conversion, unsubscribes) and make ongoing optimizations based on the data. • Manage prospect engagement programs in Qualified, supporting timely and relevant outreach to active pipeline.

• Own and maintain the company's integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), keeping it current, accurate, and useful for decision-making • Build and refine scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning, fundraising, and board-level conversations • Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts in close partnership with the VP of Finance • Track actuals vs. plan, identify variances, and surface insights that inform corrective action • Develop and maintain financial models that support headcount planning, go-to-market investment, and operational efficiency • Support procurement process and manage finance approval process • Own the company's core SaaS metrics and ensure they're reliably tracked and reported • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into business health • Serve as the embedded finance partner for key department heads across G&A and Product • Help functional leaders build and manage their budgets, evaluate ROI on initiatives, and make data-driven investment decisions • Translate financial complexity into actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, predictability, and scalability • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve a clean, efficient, and highly controlled close environment • Establish best-in-class accounting operations and reporting processes capable of supporting a scaled SaaS business with International operations • Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, account reconciliations, accruals, payroll accounting, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and equity accounting • Establish and maintain disciplined close calendars, review procedures, reconciliations, and documentation standards • Ensure management reporting packages are complete, accurate, and decision-useful for executive leadership • Oversee Accounts Payable • Serve as the organization’s internal subject matter expert on US GAAP and SaaS accounting practices • Lead technical accounting assessments and policy development related to ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 340-40, business combinations, equity and stock-based compensation, capitalized software development costs, and lease accounting • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, policies, and internal controls • Lead external audit coordination and technical accounting reviews with audit partners and advisors • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation across the accounting and finance organization • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and modern finance technologies to improve close efficiency, reconciliation processes, variance analysis, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability • Partner with Finance Systems and business stakeholders to modernize reporting architecture and reduce manual accounting processes • Evaluate emerging finance technologies and implement high-impact automation solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and business insight • Evaluate, optimize, and automate accounting workflows and systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes • Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readiness across the organization • Partner with FP&A, Legal, Revenue Operations, HR, and operational leaders to improve business processes and financial visibility
• Have a hunter mentality with a track record of generating your own pipeline • Sell a “need to have” SaaS product to a global customer base • You will have responsibility for managing the entire sales process: • Conduct deep discovery with new prospects to identify the gap and problems that Limble can solve • Present our product to prospective customers and demonstrate customized, tailored solutions • Establish clear next steps and hold follow up meetings with all key influencers and decision makers to ensure buy-in across the organization • Influence change and encourage adoption of Limble • Negotiate agreements and close deals • Source and actively drive a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential prospects. Take full responsibility for managing and growing the pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and achieving sales targets. • Identify and engage with key decision-makers at accounts. Utilize various sales techniques and channels to generate and qualify leads. • Lead value-based sales conversations by diagnosing customer pain points, quantifying operational impact, and aligning Limble’s capabilities to financial and performance goals. • Lead sales negotiations with a focus on closing deals. Ensure all contracts and agreements are in the best interest of both the client and Limble. • Work closely with the marketing, solution engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for your sales efforts. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status. Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screen, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process • Identify qualified candidates for our open roles via outreach, referrals, search tools, networking, and various creative channels • Generate candidate interest through personalized communication by clearly articulating Limble’s product, company culture, and growth trajectory • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality, passive candidates • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill set and qualifications • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and obtain timely, thorough feedback • Maintain accurate and updated candidate pipelines in our ATS (Ashby) • Build and maintain market insights regarding hiring trends • Consistently deliver a positive and timely recruiting experience for candidates, regardless of outcome
• Design, plan, and lead the execution of a relational schema modernization project, ensuring continuity for customers throughout the migration. • Partner with product engineering teams to design and implement performant database schema and query patterns for new features and services. • Analyze and optimize existing query patterns across the application to improve response times and reduce infrastructure costs. • Collaborate with the quality engineering team to design and implement dev/test data management strategies that accelerate development velocity. • Help shape broad system architecture through innovative database solutions that scale with Limble's growing customer base. • Monitor and manage change data capture (CDC) and ETL processes to ensure reliable, timely data flow across systems. • Identify and proactively tackle system-wide technical debt in the database layer, contributing to methods and procedures used across engineering. • Debug complex technical problems spanning application code and database behavior, and support implementation of database solutions through software development.
• Build and refine ICP models leveraging firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to sharpen targeting and pipeline quality. • Design and implement GTM workflows that enrich prospect data at scale. • Identify and eliminate repetitive, manual processes across the RevOps org through automation, including building custom pipelines when off-the-shelf integrations won't cut it. • Architect integrations across the full GTM stack to maximize data fidelity, reduce friction, and ensure every system talks to every other system reliably. • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing to drive GTM strategy and execution.
