• Serve as the organic social team's primary lead in product lifecycle initiatives — spearheading planning, execution, and reporting for product-driven moments including feature launches and ongoing, regular content programming tied to product priorities. • Lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee social execution for promotional campaigns and recurring promotion initiatives. • Connect relevant sports & culture storylines to product priorities, translating ideas and opportunities into compelling made-for-social content. • Produce content for distribution across channels, optimizing content for each platform. • Develop and own the framework for how and when organic social activates around new features, product updates, and promotional drops, building a repeatable GTM playbook the team can rely on for ongoing product lifecycle and promotions moments. • Monitor performance across product and promo content, synthesizing insights into clear reporting that informs future planning. • Participate in strategy and campaign planning sessions, ideation sessions, reporting syncs, and other internal and cross-functional processes.

• Develop always-on editorial plans and lead day-to-day management of PrizePicks social accounts across platforms, including, but not limited to: X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and YouTube. • Produce content for distribution across channels, optimizing content for each platform. • Manage a 1-2 week rolling content pipeline, finalizing plans weekly to account for new storyline developments and a robust always-on social content calendar. • Support channel planning for integrated marketing campaigns and tentpole events. • Track the ongoing player, league, team, and cultural storylines that matter to the PrizePicks audience, surfacing insights that inform planning and execution across the full social media & community team. • Conduct content and channel reporting to measure performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and inform future strategies. • Participate in strategy and campaign planning sessions, ideation sessions, reporting syncs, and other internal and cross-functional processes.

• Own the ongoing review and maintenance of organizational security policies, standards, and procedures. Assist in identifying policy gaps based on evolving regulatory requirements, business needs, and industry best practices. • Serve as a primary cross-functional coordinator with other dedicated compliance teams (e.g., Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit) to design and maintain a unified, strategic governance roadmap that ensures all corporate compliance activities are aligned, documented, and consistently executed across the enterprise. • Lead security risk assessments for new and renewing third-party vendors third-party vendors as part of the procurement lifecycle. Track remediation items and collaborate with stakeholders to address identified risks. • Coordinate and support the organization's annual security audits and certifications (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, CIS). • Identify PrizePicks game vulnerabilities (edges), and members that are abusing/exposing those vulnerabilities • Review and profile escalated members from Game Operations Analysts, and provide a recommendation of any action we should take • Run analyses on our current ruleset structure, and provide actionable recommendations that will optimize member experience and revenue • Identify coordinated member patterns (sharp discords, multi-accounting, etc.) • Partner with Analytics to develop more optimal trading methods and tools (models, algorithms, rounding, industry benchmarking, etc.) • Collaborate with and communicate learnings to Game Operations Analysts

• Own the implementation of small-to-medium features in the React Native app from design through deployment with minimal guidance. • Produce well-tested, maintainable TypeScript code that meets team standards for quality, performance, and user experience. • Participate in design discussions for team features, offering informed opinions on component architecture, state management, and UI patterns. • Identify and fix bugs, address technical debt, and improve performance and accessibility in the features you work on. • Provide constructive, thorough feedback in code reviews that helps teammates improve and maintains codebase quality. • Work with Product Managers and Designers to refine requirements and ensure implementations match design intent and product goals. • Respond to production incidents, contribute to resolution, and help document learnings for the team. • Document your work and share context through team discussions, making it easier for others to understand and build on your contributions.

Role Description PrizePicks is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting Systems & Internal Controls to help us build the financial infrastructure that will power the next phase of our growth. In this role, you’ll own the systems and controls that keep our accounting function accurate, efficient, and audit-ready. You’ll work at the intersection of ERP administration, internal controls evolution, and process automation — partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Legal to design and operationalize scalable solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to leave a lasting mark on how a company builds its finance function the right way. What You’ll Do - Accounting Systems & ERP Ownership - Serve as the primary business owner of our ERP platform (NetSuite), driving configuration, optimization, and roadmap decisions. - Partner with IT and external vendors to manage system upgrades, integrations, and data integrity across the financial tech stack. - Lead the evaluation and implementation of new accounting tools and automation initiatives that improve close efficiency and reporting accuracy. - Maintain chart of accounts, system hierarchies, and financial data structures to support both current operations and future scale. - Strategic partner with Finance to design, maintain, and evolve management and external reporting packages. - Internal Controls - Key owner of relationship with third party accounting advisors. - Design, document, and maintain a comprehensive internal controls framework (ICFR) aligned with best practices. - Own the controls risk matrix (CRM); ensure controls are properly designed, implemented, and operating effectively. - Cross-functional partner, able to translate technical control language into value-add business acumen. - Coordinate with external auditors and serve as the primary point of contact for controls-related audit requests. - Drive a proactive controls testing program, track deficiencies, and manage remediation plans to closure. - Process Improvement & Automation - Serves as PrizePicks Accounting and Finance AI Champion by continually identifying opportunities to embed AI in systems and processes in order to build for growth and implement AI-powered solutions to complex business problems. - Identify and prioritize opportunities to eliminate manual processes across the accounting close, reconciliations, and reporting workflows. - Lead cross-functional projects to standardize and automate recurring finance processes, ensuring scalability as the business grows. - Establish and maintain process documentation, including desktop procedures and workflow diagrams for key accounting cycles. - Champion a continuous improvement mindset within the Finance team, bringing structure and rigor to how we operate. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a trusted advisor to the Controller and CFO on systems strategy, controls design, and operational risk. - Partner with the broader Finance & Accounting team to support the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes. - Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory reporting requirements and control obligations. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance systems, or internal controls, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role. - Deep expertise in ERP platforms (NetSuite strongly preferred); hands-on experience with system configuration and cross-system integrations, including data flow and integrity. - Strong working knowledge of internal controls compliance, ICFR design, and controls testing methodology. - Experience building or significantly maturing an internal controls program at a high-growth company. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical systems and controls concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. - Experience with tools such as Workiva, Floqast, Blackline, or similar accounting operations platforms is a plus.
