Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to support hiring across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles. In this role, you will work directly with the founder and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and outreach to candidate management and interview coordination. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment where strong sourcing skills, technical recruitment experience, and excellent communication are highly valued. You will play a key role in identifying exceptional talent, managing pipelines efficiently, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles - Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach - Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates - Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting processes - Write and post compelling and accurate job advertisements - Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication throughout the hiring process - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience - Communicate clearly and effectively with both candidates and clients - Build long-term relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities - Manage recruitment workflows and ATS systems efficiently - Support the founder with talent mapping and market research - Provide market insights and hiring intelligence when needed - Maintain organized recruitment pipelines and candidate records Qualifications - 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or technical hiring - Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach - Experience placing technical roles with a good understanding of the candidate market - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles independently - Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows - Comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-moving and lean environment Requirements - Experience working within retained or contingent search firms (Nice to Have) - Exposure to Security, AI, or deep-tech talent markets (Nice to Have) - Experience supporting US-based or international clients (Nice to Have) Work Arrangement & Expectations This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
