Responsibilities: - Managing Receivables - Actively and consistently managing invoicing and collection efforts across different locations to ensure prompt payment from customers - Posting and Reconciling Payments - Entry of customer payments with Quickbooks account and reconciliation of customer accounts as needed - Collections - Monitor customer accounts for past due balances, following up with customers accordingly to bring all accounts within terms - Ownership of Customer Portals and Credentialing - Navigate customer portals such as NetVendor, ServiceChannel, and RealPage to ensure proper credentials are in place to receive timely payments from customers and invoicing has been submitted properly - Google Suite and Quickbooks Savvy - Our company runs on Google Suite and Quickbooks, proficiency in both systems is required Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required - Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role - Proficiency with Google Suite and Quickbooks - Extreme attention to detail, pro-active and self-motivated - Previous construction industry experience, a plus Compensation: This position is salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000. Schedule: This position is a hybrid schedule offered of 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Working hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Role Description As a key member of the Jenzabar Finance team, the Accounts Receivable Specialist II will work with our team members to ensure both contract setup and invoicing is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
