Base Camp Data Solutions
• Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Communicate with managers and clients regarding receivables and payables • Apply rental payments daily for commercial tenants • Research discrepancies between posted charges and cash receipts • Sort, scan, and accurately enter invoices into accounts payable system • Issue checks, void items, and stop payments • Setup new vendors for payment processing • Maintain and secure financial documentation and records
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in accounting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer skills with MS Office Suite, Yardi experience preferred
- Real estate experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
