• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Managing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash balances • Processing weekly accounts payable check runs and resolving AP issues • Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries • Assisting property managers with expense analysis, accruals, and CAM reconciliations • Preparing management fee calculations and owner distributions • Coordinating with external auditors and tax preparers • Managing cash flow forecasting, bank wires, and transfers • Preparing property budgets and lender reserve draw requests • Maintaining fixed asset depreciation/amortization schedules • Calculating straight-line rent and other GAAP adjustments • Ensuring monthly close deadlines are communicated and achieved
