Director, Digital Product Operations
Amgen
• Help establish, scale, and continuously improve Amgen’s Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) across the enterprise • Own the operating infrastructure that enables Amgen’s shift from projects to products, including the DPOM playbook, product management standards, enterprise tooling strategy, adoption measurement, and integration of product ways of working into core business, technology, finance, agile, and governance rhythms • Translate product management principles into practical, repeatable systems that teams across Amgen can understand and adopt • Create and maintain the DPOM playbook as a trusted enterprise resource • Define how product practices, decision rights, lifecycle standards, OKRs, roadmaps, portfolio planning, intake, documentation, and measurement work in practice • Lead research and recommendations for digital tools that support DPOM • Evaluate options, align stakeholders, present recommendations to leadership, and drive adoption of selected tools across the enterprise • Own the enterprise measurement system for DPOM adoption, maturity, and effectiveness • Define metrics, maturity indicators, and reporting mechanisms that show how product ways of working are being adopted across product groups and business functions • Partner closely with stakeholders to embed DPOM into enterprise-wide cadences.
Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of Digital Product Management, Product Operations, or Digital Transformation experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of Digital Product Management, Product Operations, or Digital Transformation experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of Digital Product Management, Product Operations, or Digital Transformation experience
- At least 4 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product operations, digital product management, enterprise operating model design, product transformation, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of digital product management practices, including product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, prioritization, discovery, intake, portfolio planning, product analytics, and value realization
- Experience selecting, implementing, or driving adoption of enterprise tools for roadmapping, OKRs, portfolio management, intake, analytics, or documentation
- Experience defining adoption, maturity, and effectiveness metrics for enterprise-wide transformation or operating model change
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, finance, governance, agile, architecture, and change management teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive, functional, and delivery team audiences
- Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated industries preferred; candidates from high-tech, digital, consulting, or product-led organizations are also encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with AI-native product development, generative AI workflows, responsible AI principles, and the evolving role of AI in product management preferred.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new capabilities where standards, processes, and operating rhythms are still being defined.

Role Description In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Marketplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following: - Fever´s Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms. - Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation. - Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes. - API Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences. - Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and support continuity of marketplace operations. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. - Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks. - High level of English and Spanish (required). - 2+ years of experience in similar roles. - Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills. - Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.).
