• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering accurate, empathetic, and timely resolutions across technical and product-related issues (AI output quality, application access, authentication, error logs, etc.). • Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining strong responsiveness, reliability, and accountability during support shifts. • Troubleshoot complex issues in partnership with cross-functional teams, escalating appropriately while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Latent’s products, features, and workflows. • Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback to support continuous product and process improvement (FAQs, knowledge base content, internal documentation). • Own tasks independently while contributing to team workflows and ongoing refinement of support operations.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or product operations role, ideally in a high-tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to consistently support customers during core Eastern and Central time zone business hours.
  • Exceptional empathy and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and technical complexity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Role Description In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Marketplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following: - Fever´s Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms. - Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation. - Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes. - API Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences. - Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and support continuity of marketplace operations. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. - Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks. - High level of English and Spanish (required). - 2+ years of experience in similar roles. - Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills. - Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.).
