• Build and lead the Product Operations function to support scalable, efficient product development • Establish best practices across the product lifecycle (discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement) • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success • Oversee release management and support go-to-market coordination with Product Marketing • Lead planning processes (quarterly/annual planning, OKRs, roadmap alignment) • Improve prioritization frameworks aligned to company strategy and outcomes • Translate business goals into clear product initiatives • Own and optimize Productboard for product insights, prioritization, and roadmap communication • Define and track product OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics • Build reporting to measure product performance and team effectiveness • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities • Improve communication and transparency across teams • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support go-to-market alignment • Establish feedback loops to capture and act on customer and internal insights
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in Product, Product Operations, or related leadership roles
- Experience building or scaling a Product Operations function in a B2B or data-driven environment
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and using product metrics
- Ability to translate customer insights into product decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across senior leaders
- Experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Productboard, Jira, or similar
- Familiarity with agile or lean product development practices
- Experience in data, analytics, HR tech, or labor market intelligence preferred
