Global Solutions Architect

• Global Data Architecture: Design and implement a data warehouse and federated collection architecture; develop a unified global data model; lead integration design across internal systems and vendor partnerships. • Field Data Systems: Lead migration from paper, Excel, and fragmented platforms (CommCare, KoboToolbox) onto a unified, field-optimised data collection system with near-real-time capture and legacy data provisions. • BI & Analytics: Design and build a global Business Intelligence stack (primarily open-source), enabling self-serve reporting across all divisions. • Technical Governance, Security & Compliance: Serve as Global Systems Administrator; lead on security, data privacy, and data residency compliance; ensure 99.9% uptime and adherence to local and international data protection regulations. • Automation & AI: Support responsible prototyping and integration of automation and AI/ML tools into data workflows, in line with StrongMinds' AI governance framework.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 6+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership
- Strong experience with end-to-end data pipelines, data models, and warehouse architecture
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL/automation workflows
- Hands-on experience with CommCare, KoboToolbox, and/or DHIS2
- Proven track record of modernising legacy/fragmented systems into integrated digital ecosystems
- Solid knowledge of systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity
- Experience with data privacy, security, and compliance by design
- Experience deploying digital solutions in LMIC or resource-constrained environments
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- API integration and interoperable architecture experience (preferred)
- Federated/tiered architecture for multi-jurisdiction data residency (preferred)
- Offline-first solutions in low-connectivity environments (preferred)
- AI/ML application in operational or programme settings (preferred)
- Experience with government systems and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) (preferred)

Role Description We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to join our community — someone passionate about transforming business processes into intelligent, automated solutions and applying AI in real operational environments. What you will do: - Conduct structured discovery and audit sessions with clients to assess current operations, including ticketing workflows, SLAs, and key performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT, response times); - Analyze support workflows, ticket categories, volume patterns, and escalation paths to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-impact automation opportunities; - Evaluate clients' existing customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.) and assess the maturity of their automation and AI feature usage; - Design scalable workflow and automation strategies tailored to each client's support operations, technology stack, and business goals; - Identify and recommend AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, NLP-driven ticket classification, auto-triage systems, and agent assist tools to improve efficiency and customer experience; - Develop AI readiness assessments and roadmaps that outline current-state gaps, target-state vision, and a phased implementation plan; - Translate technical findings and data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-ready deliverables for both technical and non-technical stakeholders; - Stay current on emerging AI technologies, vendor capabilities, and best practices in customer support automation to advise clients on innovation opportunities. Solutions Engineer – Pre-Sales

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives. • Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria. • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases. • Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation. • Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations. • Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases. • Explain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value clearly to both technical and executive audiences. • Identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to represent field feedback and improve how we win.
