• Support growth and retention across the NSW IFA channel by combining data insight, sales support and client coordination. • Analyse Salesforce data (FUM, flows, activity) to identify risks and opportunities • Support Key Account Managers with outbound sales calls and proactive activity • Prepare and maintain Salesforce dashboards, campaigns and reporting • Coordinate client meetings, regional visits and portfolio manager roadshows • Support delivery of major client events and presentations • Prepare regular client communications, fund reporting and sales materials • Produce a monthly sales pack with fund performance and supporting content • Work with Marketing, Investment and Strategic Accounts teams on client content • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and high service standards • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency • Apply risk and compliance requirements in all client and sales activity

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and CRM systems
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in the Australian financial advice and funds management market
  • Client‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using digital tools, dashboards and emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled insights
