Zipdev
• Maintain and update company **cash flow forecasts and financial models** on a weekly basis • Track and report key business metrics including **LTV, CAC, Gross Margin per placement, and Net Revenue Retention** • Prepare monthly financial reports including **P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements** • Extract and analyze data from **QuickBooks Online and HubSpot** to maintain accurate financial dashboards • Own the full **Accounts Payable (AP)** and **Accounts Receivable (AR)** processes • Manage invoicing and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow • Execute accurate and timely **month-end close** processes • Ensure transactions are properly coded, reconciled, and maintained within **QuickBooks Online** • Support and manage cross-border payroll operations for **150+ employees and contractors** across Latin America • Ensure timely and accurate payments across multiple currencies and payment platforms • Maintain payroll accuracy and support related financial reconciliations
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in **finance, accounting, or financial reporting**
- Strong understanding of **accounting principles and financial analysis**
- Experience working in **B2B services, SaaS, staffing, or recruiting industries**
- Advanced proficiency in **Excel and/or Google Sheets**, including financial modeling and large datasets
- Strong experience with **QuickBooks Online**
- Experience handling **cross-border payments and payroll processes in LATAM**
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Nice to Have**
