Job Requirements
- +3 años de experiencia como Project Manager en proyectos de tecnología o desarrollo de software.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo, QA, UX/UI y stakeholders de negocio.
- Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y levantamiento de requerimientos.
- Experiencia coordinando proyectos end-to-end.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Inglés avanzado conversacional y escrito.
- Excelente comunicación, liderazgo y habilidades interpersonales.

Role Description We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to join our team on a remote basis! This is a full-time / exempt position. - End-to-End Migration Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle project plan to migrate multiple global entities from Dynamics NAV 2017 to Dynamics 365 Business Central, defining scope, milestones, budgets, and success criteria per wave. - Project Governance & Reporting: Lead governance by facilitating steering committee meetings, maintaining the project charter, managing RAID logs, and reporting status to the Director, CIO, and executive stakeholders. - Global Standardization & Localization: Facilitate global template and fit-gap workshops to balance core standardization with regional requirements, ensuring consistency while minimizing customization. - Cross-Functional Workstream Management: Align functional leads (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, IT) and Microsoft partners on deliverables and timelines. - System Integrations Coordination: Coordinate sequencing, testing, and validation across integrations (CRM, WMS, EDI, and third-party ISVs) in collaboration with internal IT/EBS teams. - Data Migration & Governance Strategy: Oversee legacy data cleansing, transformation mapping, testing, and validation with partners, enforcing post-migration data quality and master data controls. - Testing, Cutover & Hypercare Execution: Lead UAT planning, script building, and defect tracking. • Align server and rack requirements with capacity planning and datacenter architecture teams. Translate project demand into hardware inputs for procurement and ODM production. • Decompose required key parts, including CPUs, memory, drives, NICs, and other critical components. Validate that procured components are compatible with required server configurations. • Place and track production orders with ODM partners. Coordinate BOM readiness, component availability, and production timelines. • Manage a portfolio of production projects across multiple projects and vendors. Track risks, blockers, dependencies, and recovery plans. • Escalate issues early, including BOM problems, shortages, quality risks, factory delays, payment delays, export license issues, and deployment schedule changes.
