• Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation, ensuring that top candidates are identified, interviewed, and hired • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles for current and future business needs • Provide an unparalleled candidate experience • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and engaged along the way • Track candidates in Greenhouse to ensure accurate and up to date records • Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles • Source and engage with amazing people by leveraging conventional and unconventional methods to find the best candidates out there

Role Description INFUSE is looking for a Middle+/Senior IT Recruiter. This is a part-time position (~4 hours/day) with a strong focus on high-quality, relevant shortlists and a proactive approach to candidate engagement. - Own end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and technical roles. - Deliver highly relevant candidate pipelines, not volume-based hiring - focus on quality, fit, and speed. - Manage the hiring flow in our ATS: maintain clean data, track stages, ensure timely follow-ups and status updates. - Partner with hiring managers: clarify requirements, calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and adjust strategy quickly. - Improve operational metrics: response rate, time-to-hire, and overall candidate experience.
