Role Description Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and growing new business? Join GoGlobal as a Senior Sales Executive for the Americas market, where you’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, and networking. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently updating CRM and reporting key metrics. - Engage directly with C-level executives and other decision-makers to drive high-value deals. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment. - Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events (some travel required). - Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities. - Proven B2B Sales experience, ideally in professional services such as Global Expansion, Payroll, Accounting & Taxes or Outsourcing. - Proficiency in building pipeline through multiple channels, including: - Prospecting accounts (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email cadences, etc.) - Building and nurturing a network of referral partners who provide strong leads - Participating in events (organizing local events or attending industry events where prospects and partners can be found) - Leveraging an existing network of contacts - Any other creative, proactive activity that generates new leads (we encourage out-of-the-box approaches, from business park visits to innovative digital outreach). - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex deals. - Organized, Strategic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first global team. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events. Qualifications - Proven B2B Sales experience, ideally in professional services such as Global Expansion, Payroll, Accounting & Taxes or Outsourcing. - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Experience selling to C-level executives and closing complex deals. - Organized, Strategic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first global team. • Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across Michigan, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and close, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner sales. • Develop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data, local market insights, and dealership relationships. • Engage directly with dealership decision-makers, conducting multiple in-person visits, and holding qualified meetings daily to uncover opportunities and present tailored Dynatron solutions. • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management using SugarCRM. • The Route Sales Representative is responsible for selling and merchandising a line of quality products at local stores. • Drive a Smithfield Foods box truck. • Work Monday through Friday, 50 to 55 hours a week with the possibility of working an occasional Saturday or Holiday as needed. • Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales invoices for orders obtained. • Delivers products to customer, stocks retail cases and rotates inventory as required. • Prepares end of day reports of business transactions and informs local management on any unresolved issues or opportunities. • Maintains daily Department of Transportation and provides to local management as required. • Maintains daily truck inventory and does weekly physical inventory and reports any variations to local management. • Driving to assigned locations. • Using equipment (e.g. carts, pallets, etc.) to unload products and move throughout the store. • Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products and process returns and credits with receiver.
