• Software development: Design and implementation of maintainable, well-tested backend services and full-stack applications with a strong focus on Clean Code, TDD and clean architecture • AI application design: Development of business-specific AI applications based on existing large language models (LLMs) • System and data integration: Integration of existing AI models and services into existing systems and workflows • API development: Designing, documenting and delivering clean APIs for communication between AI and other software components • Testing and validation: Building automated tests and CI/CD pipelines as well as continuously evaluating and improving software components and RAG pipelines

• Represent your subject area with passion and foresight • Develop the competencies of course participants • Deliver subject-related instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Prepare and create course-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure competency growth • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)

• Responsible for participants' learning success and motivation as a trainer • Guide participants in creating a functioning No-Code app to support a modeled business process, including presenting the app • Encourage active engagement with the course content and its practical application • Stimulate group exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats • Supervise participants' individual handling of project tasks and evaluate these assignments • Support the development and continuous improvement of the product • Deliver instruction remotely (home office)

• You are passionate about your field and want to help people expand their professional skills. • As a freelance (fee-based) trainer in logistics, you will support our participants on their path to a successful professional future and promote self-directed learning in the spirit of Learning 4.0 – digital, interactive and practice-oriented. • This includes: subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®. • Use of various teaching methods to design lessons. • Preparation and development of curriculum-based teaching materials. • Conducting assessments to measure competence gains.
