Regional Sales Manager
Dynatron Software, Inc.
• Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across Michigan, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and close, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner sales. • Develop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data, local market insights, and dealership relationships. • Engage directly with dealership decision-makers, conducting multiple in-person visits, and holding qualified meetings daily to uncover opportunities and present tailored Dynatron solutions. • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management using SugarCRM. Ensure all activities, opportunities, and communications are accurately documented. • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align strategies, share insights, and execute go-to-market initiatives. • Represent Dynatron’s Core Values of Urgency, Results, Accountability, Positivity, and Success-Driven Excellence in every interaction with clients, partners, and peers.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations, with a strong understanding of dealership service departments.
- Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders and influence purchasing decisions.
- Skilled at managing a high-volume, field-based sales cadence, including prospecting, presentations, and deal closure.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably SugarCRM) and sales technology platforms.
- A self-starter mindset with the drive to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
