• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions to support data transformation and reporting needs • Build, manage, and support SSIS-based ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple source systems • Develop and maintain Power BI Paginated Reports, including parameterized, scheduled, and distribution-ready outputs • Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, relationships, and advanced DAX calculations • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective BI and reporting solutions • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all BI assets • Optimize and tune SQL queries, ETL processes, and reports for performance and scalability • Maintain clear technical documentation, follow coding standards, and adhere to version control best practices • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and standards

• The Business Intelligence Analyst designs, develops, tests, documents, maintains, and troubleshoots reports across a broad platform of Business Intelligence tools • Supports the full lifecycle of projects, particularly the requirements definitions, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing phases of projects • Responsible for the execution of full reporting lifecycle; from design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Complete work towards closing tickets, including triage, research, and communication with internal and external members • Develop and update technical documentation for reporting systems • Lead and drive requirement gathering meetings with experts in a variety of fields; defining systems scope and objectives of business requirements, including documentation of requirements (i.e. use cases) and relevant translation into system requirement specifications

Role Description The Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for the development, maintenance, and adoption of business intelligence solutions. Responsibilities include: - Working with operational leaders to build dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions. - Serving as the primary technical resource for the business intelligence software stack. - Providing design and development deliverables. - Supporting existing analytics solutions. - Bringing a technical foundation to contribute immediately and a curiosity to expand skills as data needs evolve. This is a remote opportunity; however, the ideal candidate will live in or around the following metropolitan areas: - Dallas, TX - Salt Lake City, UT - Phoenix, AZ - Las Vegas, NV - Denver, CO Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data, Analyst, or similar role. - Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in a cloud data warehouse environment (Snowflake strongly preferred). - Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation. - Familiarity with data integration/ETL tools (experience with Boomi/Rivery preferred). - Experience building dashboards and reports in a modern BI visualization tool (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). - Strong ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements - Direct experience with Boomi, Snowflake, and Sigma in a production environment. - Experience working as a solo BI resource or in a small team environment. - Exposure to data governance, documentation, and roadmap planning. - Experience building reporting for the field services industry.

• Coordinate with various business teams, subject matter experts, or external entities to gather requirements and translate them into coherent Business Intelligence (BI) reports, and dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS • Create data models, ERD and data flow diagrams as needed • Build functional data marts for in-depth analytics by stakeholders • Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support business decision-making • Implement best practices to ensure data quality and data integrity • Maintain and extend Epic Caboodle platform and develop custom Caboodle data modeling components • Understand complex logic and solve data issues by coming up with sound technical solutions • Support implementation of enterprise data standards and master data management standards • Assist with data governance initiatives in the areas of data quality, data security, metadata management, and MDM • Actively contribute to all aspects of the data project lifecycle including request intake and acknowledgment, project estimation, time-tracking, and prioritization of tasks • Assist with identification, development and validation of data sources • Contribute to the department’s short-term and long-term strategic plan • Make appropriate recommendations on management of data extraction, and analysis • Maintain knowledge of the current regulations and technologies related to data management • Be an exemplary team player with excellent collaboration skills • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills with stakeholders • Perform other duties as required or assigned
