• Conduct systematic literature reviews to inform program evaluation and analyses • Conduct rapid-cycle evaluations and analytics to understand the impact of OCHIN initiatives • Conduct projects that elevate the needs of internal and external stakeholders to improve their experience • Communicate and partner with subject matter experts in order to design, develop, and execute evaluation plans • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data-based findings towards refinement of program efforts and determination of evidence-base for program interventions • Establish an evaluation framework and identify tools that can be applied to evaluation and analytics projects to support OCHIN’s ability to disseminate learnings • Establish and implement equity, justice, and data de-colonization frameworks that can be applied to data analytics projects on the Evaluation and Analytics Team • Analyze and process data sets utilizing advanced querying, visualization, and analytics tools • Build, maintain, and continuously seek opportunities to improve systems and processes for assigned data collection, analysis, and reporting • Manage multiple evaluation and analysis projects simultaneously to help OCHIN improve our products and services • Generate high quality, readily interpretable deliverables and package findings for executive level stakeholders

• Supporting users with questions and issues related to EPIC applications and other technology solutions • Researching and troubleshooting system issues • Assisting with system configuration, maintenance, and testing • Learning healthcare workflows and identifying solutions that improve the user experience • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Documenting processes, workflows, and technical solutions • Participating in training, certification preparation, and professional development activities • Delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare organizations and end users

• Serve as the strategic lead for university recruiting and inclusive talent partnerships • Deliver OCHIN's university recruiting strategy, creating sustainable talent pipelines • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with various educational institutions • Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions • Measure, analyze, and communicate ROI of recruiting partnerships and initiatives

• Resolve complex technical issues • Optimize processes and implement innovative solutions • Align technical strategies with business objectives • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders

• Provide revenue cycle management and account management to OCHIN Billing Services (OBS) member clients. • Focus on maintaining, building, and servicing accounts and relationships. • Understand and communicate information regarding revenue cycle management and OCHIN key performance indicators. • Deliver efficient and effective accounts receivable services on behalf of member clients to optimize reimbursement outcomes. • Support OCHIN’s revenue cycle performance indicators to ensure the financial health of both clients and the organization. • Take ownership of project deliverables by tracking progress and monitoring team member responsibilities. • Maintain accountability for quality and timeliness of project outcomes. • Monitor and analyze billing trends to identify potential impacts on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Responsible for payment processing and AR invoicing or for the full cycle of AP processing • Cultivation of vendor account relationships and collaboration with the Finance team • Record a high volume of invoices, expense reports or payments in the accounting ERP system • Calculate, prepare and process invoices • Collaborate with Senior Accountant on various tasks • Track statements of work and issue related billings • Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, members, and/or departments within OCHIN

• Support organizational improvement and change management initiatives for OCHIN members and customers. • Drive quality as a business strategy and support continuous improvement activities with health centers and across OCHIN teams. • Manage and promote knowledge capture, analysis, and sharing within the team and across the organization. • Lead and design change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and workflows for OCHIN and health center teams. • Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to support improvement and change management activities. • Provide training and coaching on improvement methodologies, change management practices for OCHIN and health center teams as needed.

• Play a key role on OCHIN’s Epic Product Team, contributing to the strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Resolute product suite • Provide subject-matter expertise in Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) • Inform best-practice workflows • Deliver system enhancements • Support organizational initiatives including Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement

• Supports the mission of OCHIN by playing a key role in the design of application features and functionality in the Epic software platform • Continually improves the quality of the OCHIN Epic collaborative by identifying areas of opportunity within your application(s) • Stays informed of industry, new technologies, and best practices • Acts as a member of a team focused on strengthening standards, configuring improvements, and continually improving the quality and impact of our Epic platform • Participates in the product and project lifecycle and may lead various actions and production of deliverables • Provides technical mentorship and support to other members of the OCHIN workforce • Performs complex build, development, and testing of new and existing features and functionality for assigned applications

• Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and identify optimization opportunities • Deliver interactive training sessions to large and small audiences • Provide workflow coaching, optimization, and best practice recommendations • Serve as a change agent during high-impact situations • Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs • Collect and analyze feedback and learning data across multiple modalities • Collaborate with other OCHIN departments on workflow improvement efforts • Configure Epic system components and document changes • Mentor and coach peers and new team members
