• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions to support data transformation and reporting needs • Build, manage, and support SSIS-based ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple source systems • Develop and maintain Power BI Paginated Reports, including parameterized, scheduled, and distribution-ready outputs • Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling, relationships, and advanced DAX calculations • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective BI and reporting solutions • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all BI assets • Optimize and tune SQL queries, ETL processes, and reports for performance and scalability • Maintain clear technical documentation, follow coding standards, and adhere to version control best practices • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes and standards
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles
- Strong expertise in SQL development, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Proven experience with ETL development, preferably using SSIS or similar data integration tools
- Hands-on experience in Power BI (both Paginated Reports and Interactive Dashboards) including data modeling, DAX, and report publishing
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling (star/snowflake schema), and data transformation techniques
- Experience working with multiple data sources (databases, APIs, flat files, etc.) and integrating them into reporting solutions
- Exposure to performance optimization for queries, ETL pipelines, and BI reports
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and adherence to coding and documentation standards
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data issues
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced project environments with multiple stakeholders
