Qualifications - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. - Active license to practice law (in good standing). - Strong knowledge of personal injury and/or workers’ compensation fundamentals. - Confident client-facing communication skills (you can explain complex topics simply and calmly). - Strong legal judgment and decision-making ability with comfort making accept/decline calls. - Organized, detail-oriented documentation habits in a case management system. - Ability to work efficiently with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
