Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain internal AI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation systems - Build AI-powered applications that support engineering, operations, manufacturing, administration, and business functions - Develop intelligent workflow automation solutions to streamline repetitive or manual processes - Create and integrate AI agents capable of supporting internal knowledge retrieval, process execution, reporting, and decision support - Develop software applications and backend systems using Python, C, C++, Java, and related technologies - Build AI-powered applications to support engineering, operations, manufacturing, and business functions - Integrate AI technologies, APIs, databases, and business systems into existing infrastructure - Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify AI and automation opportunities - Optimize software performance, reliability, scalability, and security - Research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies - Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain software performance and reliability - Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and development best practices Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field - 3–5 years of software development experience - Strong programming skills in Python, C / C++, Java, etc. - Experience with AI/ML technologies, APIs, and system integrations - Understanding of AI workflow automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), Software architecture and scalable system design - Experience with Git/version control systems - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and execute projects with minimal oversight Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing AI agents or automation systems - Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks - Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector databases, Cloud platforms, Docker/containerized environments - Experience in manufacturing, defense, automotive, or industrial environments preferred All employees are required to work within the confines and responsibilities of the quality system.
