Role Description We, EOS - global technology and market leader for industrial Additive Manufacturing, are looking for you to support our Sales and Key Account Management team in EOS India. This is a role defined for young and junior graduates, with an affinity for high tech manufacturing and aspiring to grow into a sales and business development career. Mission: - To drive EOS India’s sales performance, support achieving revenue targets, and manage internal and external customer relationships. Responsibility: - Ensure sales pipeline management & support to develop reliable sales forecasts. - Manage sales analytics and CRM management. - Revenue target achievement support: configuring, pricing, and proposing technical solutions and quotes; monitoring progress consistently to reach the committed revenue targets. - Drive lead management and support application driven business development by supporting the applied engineering teams at EOS India. - SPOC for sales team and leadership for sales opportunity pipeline management. - Market and focus industry analysis: analyze & maintain a best-in-class overview and understanding of the additive manufacturing market. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or above in Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong acumen for tech, and knowledge about Additive Manufacturing. - 0-4 years of experience in a sales operations or admin job. - Strong communication skills and confident, client-oriented manners with both internal teams and customers. - Project Management skills to methodically manage large customer database & opportunity management. - Fluent written and spoken English language skills (essential). - Willingness and ability to travel nationally & internationally for business purposes. - Experience working in multicultural, international team environments. Requirements - Accountability for accurate & realistic forecasting, taking ownership for maintaining accurate & up to date sales forecast by liaising with Sales team and Partners. - Ideally experience or strong willingness to learn and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems like Salesforce. - Data Analysis & Reporting: generate regular dashboards, monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and forecast revenue. - Leading: ability to lead topics & liaise with stakeholders towards maintaining forecast data’s integrity and updated status. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement best practices for content intake, tagging, and upkeep. - Ensure content remains up to date and aligned with evolving needs. - Manage content repositories (e.g., SharePoint) and learning platforms (ServiceNow University, Sales Academy). - Organize and curate content for internal sales teams and partner ecosystems. - Oversee the creation and maintenance of reusable raw materials (videos, assets, guided learnings) for various audiences. - Partner closely with teams running live sessions to ensure recordings and materials are cataloged efficiently.
