• Own and analyze full-funnel performance (Lead ? SQL ? Opportunity ? • Develop clear, engaging, and differentiated product positioning and messaging for assigned care service lines (e.g., mental health counseling, medical care, psychiatry, health coaching, success coaching, crisis support), tailored to distinct stakeholders. • Build proof-driven narratives and value pillars that connect care quality and outcomes to institutional priorities (retention, safety, equity, ROI). • Own GTM planning and execution for care services launches, updates, and bundled offerspartnering closely with Product, Care, Revenue, and Customer Success to ensure readiness across channels. • Create core GTM assets: launch briefs, one-pagers, FAQs, web copy, sales talk tracks, competitive takeaways, and enablement materials. • Partner with Brand and Care leadership to ensure product self-care content is strategic, scalable, and aligned to audience needs and GTM priorities, including (as needed) content audits, gap analysis, and repurposing plans. • Help operationalize a repeatable content cadence (calendar inputs, launch alignment, performance feedback loops) so self-care content supports adoption and engagement across the student journey. • Ensure self-care content reflects TimelyCares voice and tone standards (compassionate, reassuring, empowering) and is appropriate for the audience and context. • Gather insights from campus partners, students, care teams, and internal stakeholders to refine service positioning and inform go-forward GTM. • Maintain competitive awareness in the virtual health / wellbeing and higher ed ecosystem; translate competitive shifts into actionable messaging updates. • Track and report key indicators for care services and content impact (adoption/utilization, engagement, conversion, and field feedback), and recommend optimizations based on whats working.
• Own campus engagement strategies that increase awareness, activation, and adoption of TimelyCare services across students, faculty, and staff. • Develop scalable campus engagement playbooks and turnkey marketing toolkits that partner institutions can deploy through their own channels. • Lead seasonal and moment-based campaign planning tied to key campus needs and rhythms, including back-to-school, finals, awareness months, and critical engagement periods. • Identify and support on-campus activation opportunities in partnership with Customer Experience and campus stakeholders, including events, tabling, orientation, and wellness programming. • Build and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, push, social, and campus-facing channels. • Develop differentiated messaging and campaign journeys for distinct audiences and behaviors, including pre-launch, launch, onboarding, active use, and re-engagement. • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative to create relevant, high-performing content that reflects student needs and the TimelyCare brand. • Serve as the day-to-day marketing partner to Customer Experience and Implementation for campus launch and engagement planning. • Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing to improve segmentation, campaign targeting, and performance visibility. • Gather insights from campus partners and internal teams to continuously improve playbooks, campaigns, and the customer experience. • Define and monitor KPIs related to awareness, activation, utilization, and campaign performance. • Build repeatable reporting and insight-sharing cadences that show what is working, where engagement gaps exist, and how programs should evolve. • Use testing, segmentation, and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Provides customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service, leading to the resolution of any issues • Triaging members and connecting them with the appropriate service and level of care and needed resources via phone, SMS, or email • Supporting our care coordination, case management, basic needs, and crisis support teams with intakes, follow-ups, social network monitoring, and urgent matters • Generating and maintaining reports and referral resources for all business lines • Executing records requests and verification of services • Support the TimelyCare virtual care operations, serving as the primary point of contact for all patient, business partners, and provider inquiries in a timely fashion • Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of the organization's product, services, and processes to support patients and providers • Act as a resource for internal stakeholders • Utilize critical thinking and effective communications to provide thoughtful, empathetic, customized solutions that help patients with their overall virtual care coordination as well providers with their technical and scheduling needs • Follow a HIPAA-compliant procedure for all communications with internal and external sources • Embrace the TimelyCare values with your engagement and performance • Maintain awareness of patients who are waiting to be seen by our providers, ensuring they are seen in a timely manner • Manage provider alerts appropriately • Provide feedback using appropriate channels to improve product, process, procedures, scheduling, and service levels • Adhering to all operational, quality, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures • Use analytical skills to troubleshoot various systems and provide technical answers related to our TimelyCare platform • Acknowledge that calls will be recorded and/or taped to be used for training, development, advertising and/or marketing purposes • Other duties as assigned • Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals
