• Lead customer-facing AI Application deployments from project kickoff through go-live and hypercare. • Facilitate discovery workshops with IT, Contact Center, CX, CRM, and executive stakeholders. • Configure and deploy AI Applications across voice and digital channels, including AI Receptionists, Intelligent Routing Agents, Virtual Assistants, and custom AI workflows. • Build and test REST API integrations, webhook configurations, data flows, authentication, and CRM writeback processes. • Author test plans, support UAT, lead go-live readiness, and provide structured hypercare support. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, product gaps, and deployment learnings.

• Carry out inspection activities on client assets and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards • Support examinations and assist with identifying defects, wear, or non-conformance • Produce accurate inspection reports and maintain documentation • Work closely with experienced engineers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service • Liaise with clients on site, ensuring clear communication and professionalism at all times • Adhere to SGS quality, health & safety, and integrity standards

• Design, build, and maintain lightweight automations that support SE workflows, including call recap and follow-up generation, configuration and POV helpers, RFP and security-response accelerators, and reusable workflow patterns. • Partner with customer technical and operational teams on complex automation and integration use cases where Restaurant365 is a core system dependency. • Define reference patterns, validate data flows, document ownership boundaries, and help customers or partners implement solutions they can support long term. • Partner with RevOps and SE leadership to define and maintain the core data model linking opportunity, SE engagement, technical win, and deal outcome. • Build and maintain standard dashboards for SE performance, coverage, and win/loss insights. • Create lightweight playbooks, demos, and enablement materials for SE and AE teams; document repeatable integration and automation patterns; and provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and RevOps on recurring field needs and productization opportunities. • Operate with clear prioritization, stakeholder communication, and measurable business outcomes across influenced ARR, adoption, time saved, and risk reduction.

• Lead validation efforts for Manufacturing (MFG), Quality Control (QC), enterprise, and PP&D systems within the Sandoz remediation initiative. • Ensure adherence to client requirements, regulatory compliance, and project timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex Computer System Validation (CSV) projects, including remediation and new system implementations. • Develop validation strategies and author validation documents such as validation master plans, data migration plans, protocols, reports, and discrepancy resolutions. • Manage and optimize validation testing processes, ensuring risk-based validation approaches align with current FDA Computer Software Assurance (CSA) principles and GAMP5 practices. • Standardize and enhance CSV framework templates and procedures to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Support and oversee risk management activities, including risk-based assessments and gap remediation efforts. • Ensure compliance and maintain the validated state of all GxP systems. • Manage external CSV consultants and oversee their contributions to CSV projects. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Data Integrity, CSV lifecycle management, and compliance with global regulatory expectations. • Own CSV-related deviations and CAPAs, managing remediation efforts related to CSV and Data Integrity. • Partner with IT to establish backup/restore protocols, disaster recovery strategies, adherence to data retention schedules, and infrastructure qualification requirements. • Assist business and technical owners in developing requirements and specifications for computerized systems used in GxP operations. • Oversee the authoring and execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ test scripts.
