Intermedia Cloud Communications

• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy. • Deploy and support applications across development, testing and production environments. • Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible. • Support Windows (IIS/ARR) and Linux-based environments. • Help operate Kubernetes-hosted applications and modern cloud-native services. • Monitor production systems, investigate incidents and improve platform reliability. • Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure and application issues. • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable production releases. • Contribute to operational documentation and deployment runbooks.

• Manage and maintain vulnerability scanning operations using commercial and open-source security tools across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, operating systems, applications, and externally exposed services • Monitor threat intelligence feeds, vendor advisories, security research, and emerging vulnerabilities to identify risks impacting Intermedia systems and escalate critical threats appropriately • Work directly with infrastructure, operations, engineering, and application teams to develop practical remediation and mitigation plans for identified vulnerabilities • Track remediation progress against defined SLAs, follow up on overdue items, and communicate risk and remediation status to leadership through metrics and reporting • Maintain and support vulnerability management platform, scanner infrastructure, cloud integrations, asset inventory integrations, and related automation workflows • Maintain vulnerability management procedures, standards, documentation, and operational processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with security best practices • Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams during security investigations, threat analysis, incident response activities, and remediation efforts • Assist with identifying unmanaged, unsupported, or non-compliant systems through asset inventory analysis and vulnerability assessment activities • Support audit, compliance, and governance activities by maintaining accurate remediation records, exception tracking, and supporting documentation

• Own end-to-end design of medium-complexity product features from problem discovery to final delivery • Translate user and business needs into clear, scalable UX/UI solutions • Create user flows, mockups, visually polished UI, and interactive prototypes • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design quality and decisions • Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and UX standards across products • Partner closely with product managers and engineering to ensure smooth delivery and high UI implementation quality • Continuously improve UX using qualitative and quantitative insights

• Lead and grow a small DevOps engineering team supporting Unite Services and Unite Integrations. • Drive team planning and execution across operational efficiency, security, reliability, and platform maturity epics (e.g., quarterly OKRs/initiatives). • Provide technical mentorship on Kubernetes, GitHub, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, SRE, Security, and Ops on roadmap, incident resolution, and cross-team initiatives. • Own the operational health of Unite Services and Unite Integrations: Lead production deployments and release processes for backend services (e.g., Unite Notifications, integrations platform, Salesforce-related services). • Oversee multi-environment support (DEV/QA/PROD and special environments like RTE). • Operate and evolve Kubernetes clusters (cloud and on‑prem), including: Cluster upgrades and migration playbooks; Ingress/Nginx and service mesh / networking changes; Resource/capacity optimization (CPU throttling, scaling, etc.). • Manage supporting infrastructure for Unite platforms: Redis, Consul, Harbor, Chart Museum, API gateways, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ). • Lead migration and consolidation of repos and pipelines to GitHub (from TFS/Azure DevOps and others).

• Perform design and architecture review of new features, suggest security requirements • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams, advising on security features and best practices in SDLC • Utilize static security scanning tools, review findings and coordinate remediation actions • Perform ongoing manual security assessments • Review the results of external penetration tests and communicate suggested fixes to development teams • Provide on-demand support on application security topics • Drive process improvement ideas • Assist with vetting and intake of defects from 3rd party security researchers via our Bug Bounty program

• Facilitate and author commodity strategies for key inbound products and services • Partner with Legal to ensure terms are consistent with contractual requirements and incorporate those terms into contracts, such as MSAs and SOWs, negotiated with suppliers • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand and document details of business and procurement requirements, and use those to identify and select suppliers for everything from security software to engineering services, securing the best possible terms such as price, quality of goods and services, schedule, etc. • Lead RFI and RFP initiatives, and aid and document cost savings efforts • Utilize systems and tools such as ERPs (Coupa), PowerBI, Atlassian, ServiceNow, and multiple AI models to create and refine procurement processes • Create purchase requisitions and orders for stakeholders, reconciling these with supply requests including administering Coupa and assisting Intermedia employees with Coupa processing and reporting • Reconcile invoices to contractual terms to resolve inconsistencies

• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and UX teams to define and understand quality requirements for AI-powered applications. • Analyze product requirements, user stories, and technical designs to create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. • Validate AI-driven features such as AI Agents, Agent Assist, Supervisor Assist, knowledge-based experiences, and other AI-powered applications. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and automated test suites for frontend, backend, and API testing. • Own and execute existing automation suites, investigate failures, identify defects, and drive issues to resolution. • Develop new automated tests and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s automation infrastructure. • Perform manual exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing as needed. • Collaborate with developers to identify root causes of issues and improve overall product quality. • Review automation code and provide technical guidance to other QA engineers. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities. • Document, report, and track software defects using Jira and other engineering tools. • Help improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and quality standards across the AI Apps organization.
