Restaurant365
• Design, build, and maintain lightweight automations that support SE workflows, including call recap and follow-up generation, configuration and POV helpers, RFP and security-response accelerators, and reusable workflow patterns. • Partner with customer technical and operational teams on complex automation and integration use cases where Restaurant365 is a core system dependency. • Define reference patterns, validate data flows, document ownership boundaries, and help customers or partners implement solutions they can support long term. • Partner with RevOps and SE leadership to define and maintain the core data model linking opportunity, SE engagement, technical win, and deal outcome. • Build and maintain standard dashboards for SE performance, coverage, and win/loss insights. • Create lightweight playbooks, demos, and enablement materials for SE and AE teams; document repeatable integration and automation patterns; and provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and RevOps on recurring field needs and productization opportunities. • Operate with clear prioritization, stakeholder communication, and measurable business outcomes across influenced ARR, adoption, time saved, and risk reduction.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience designing or supporting API integrations, data workflows, or business process automations in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows, data requirements, and implementation plans.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, APIs, and structured data analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across customers, Sales, SE, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.
- Experience creating dashboards, reporting definitions, or operational metrics that support go-to-market decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously with clear ownership and follow-through.
- AI fluency, including the ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, automate workflows, synthesize information, and support high-quality outputs while applying sound judgment and data security standards.
- Experience with restaurant, hospitality, payroll, POS, ERP, or workforce-management workflows.
- Familiarity with common customer automation and integration scenarios such as employee syncs, accounting/ERP exports, scheduled data movement, and exception monitoring.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, BI tools, or RevOps partnership models.
- Experience in enterprise or strategic account environments where technical solutioning materially influences deal outcomes.
- Restaurant365 product or ecosystem familiarity is strongly preferred.
