• Respond to and track client questions related to support/incidents • Assist with validation of the functional specification prepared by the Product team • Receive support tickets, verify whether the client’s report is accurate, classify the ticket correctly, reproduce the issue and provide evidence so the development team can resolve it • Guide and follow up with clients regarding package delivery and related procedures • Receive complaints and nonconformities raised in tickets and, in critical cases, inform the Relationship/Product teams and leadership • Support the Relationship team in client status meetings related to support, when requested • Analyze requests together with leadership and/or the client, acting consultatively to define the solution for the project scope considering available technical options • Contribute to planning project and support structures to clarify assigned activities, sharing ideas or proposing actions that enable project completion • Provide technical support to testers/validators and detail business requirements for developers • Act as leadership backup for triage and analysis of open tickets • Monitor parameterization and support product rollout/implementation at client sites • Follow and apply specification standards to ensure the quality (governance) established by the company • Deliver internal and/or external technical training

• Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to capture and refine business and functional requirements for AI-driven workflows, platforms, and digital tools. • Conduct stakeholder interviews, business process mapping, and gap analysis. • Write clear and detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories with acceptance criteria. • Maintain version-controlled documentation and traceability throughout the development lifecycle. • Analyze existing workflows across strategy, creative, and compliance processes to identify areas of automation and efficiency gains through AI integration. • Create visual process models, user flows, and data maps using tools such as Miro or LucidChart. • Support design of future-state processes and help prioritize improvement opportunities aligned to product roadmaps. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, coordinating end-user validation, and documenting outcomes. • Track feature readiness, go-live preparation, and change management activities. • Gather metrics and KPIs related to user adoption, workflow efficiency, and platform performance. • Assist in building dashboards or reporting logic using tools like Power BI or Excel to track key transformation metrics. • Present insights and findings to internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a highly cross-functional role that intersects business analytics, reporting, and process improvement, working closely with the Project and Analytics Manager and the customer’s account team to deliver timely, accurate business intelligence that drives strategic decisions and profitability. This individual will be responsible for: - Analyzing complex datasets. - Building dashboards and reporting packages using Power BI and SQL. - Translating insights into strategic opportunities for both internal stakeholders and the customer. - Serving as a key liaison across teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency by designing and optimizing analytics processes. This individual should be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong business mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in business intelligence. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field. - Distributor and/or manufacturing experience a plus; food industry experience preferred. Requirements - Demonstrated expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling), intermediate-to-advanced SQL, MS Office Suite (Excel, Access), and familiarity with data warehouse concepts and data mining principles. - Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets across multiple source systems and translate business needs into meaningful dashboards and reporting that drive decisions. - Knowledge using analytics to contribute to growth efforts, key business initiatives, and strategic decision-making with a strong data governance mindset. - Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business impact. - Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. - Demonstrates financial acumen, collaboration, sense of urgency, and the ability to effectively manage complexity in a fast-paced environment. - Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, travel by air, and stay overnight as needed to support position requirements.
