Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is accountable to grow profitable base and vertical sales, as well as acquiring new business. The Territory Sales Manager will own customer relationships and drive additional points of distribution through targeted category reviews, promotions, and new item innovation. The Territory Sales Manager will be the first point of contact for their customer base and will work cross functionally to provide support and timely customer centric resolutions. Role Description The Director of Business Development is responsible for significantly growing KeHE’s business with new accounts. This key growth leader will work with the KeHE cross functional teams to drive new sales growth by cultivating, managing, and closing major pursuits in targeted retail accounts. Role Description The Sales Analyst is responsible for providing non-selling activity support to the Inside Sales team and independent retailers throughout the country. The Sales Analyst will work closely with Customer Care and Operations, amongst other internal areas, to cross-functionally communicate and troubleshoot to resolve issues. The Sales Analyst is responsible for delivering first class service to all internal and external customers; proactively and reactively follow up on, resolve and respond to inquiries; and maintain a positive and high-level of professionalism and integrity. Additionally, the Sales Analyst will identify areas of improvement within the non-selling processes that affect the Inside Sales team and their book of business, to improve customer satisfaction and a more efficient customer experience. Primary Responsibilities - Engage regularly with customers and Inside Sales Specialists to resolve issues involving non-selling activities, while building positive relationships and identifying customer needs. - Identify foreseeable issues and proactively engage as needed. - Ensure a trouble-free process. - Maintain a high level of customer service and quality. - Educate customers and provide access to tools that will aid them in visibility and resolution of issues. Account Specialist - Sales

Role Description The Account Specialist position is responsible for all aspects of executing the day-to-day relationship with the stores in his/her territory/route. The success and compensation for the position will be based upon his/her ability to: - Grow sales in each store - Increase the number of demos in each store - Increase the number of displays in each store - Maintain excellent relationships with all store management and personnel Essential Functions include: - Present, sell and execute all promotional activity at a store level or Regional level (if applicable). - Develop new product presentations and execute item development plan for these new items. - Develop plans for item placement and off-shelf merchandising for all items on promotion. - Develop strategy for sell through on any residual product following promotional time periods. - Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and accountability for all business in assigned territory. - Assist in planning and executing all Demonstration Events/Programs. - Work with store level personnel on details of all events including: - Products to be demonstrated - Quantities needed - Locations - Product education - Ensure execution of each event - Assist in planning and executing all display programs as designated and developed by the customer both at store level and corporate headquarter level. - Assemble end-caps, side-caps, kick-out displays, etc. as determined by the Planned Display Program. - Determine sufficient inventory levels for displays and to achieve minimal residual quantities. - Monitor all “Shelf Edge Management and Store Replenishment Systems” activity to ensure completion within designated timelines. - Ensure merchandising execution and plan-o-gram and order integrity to achieve 100% distribution with minimal out of stocks. - Monitor activities with new store sets and Wall-to-Wall Resets/Remodels. - Coordinate actual reset activity at store level with assigned Merchandising Team. - Monitor all set work for accuracy and on-time completion. - Execute shelf tag integrity to ensure all items are properly tagged and priced. - Present and complete all store level surveys as needed by the customer, manufacturer, Divisional & Corporate Offices, etc. - Provide ongoing product education and expertise to both the consumer and store level personnel regarding specialty foods items/brands. - Coordinate and present educational seminars to store level personnel to support new item introductions, trends, holiday events, ethnic cuisine, etc. - Seek continued product knowledge to become a specialty product “expert”. - Identify and communicate new customer opportunities including KeHE Direct within the sales territory. - Monitor and communicate competitive activities and opportunities within assigned sales territory. Role Description The Account Analyst assists both the KeHE Account Manager and Customer’s personnel with the compilation, processing and analysis of data as related to the sales and marketing of products for the Customer’s account. Accountabilities are accomplished through working cooperatively to foster an environment consistent with the KeHE Mission and Values. - Assist KeHE Account Manager in the development and execution of company sales and marketing programs for the Customer chain, including: - Assuring accurate and timely development, release, and execution of planograms and category responsibilities. - Designing planograms to achieve customer satisfaction by market area. - Maximizing profitable sales and utilizing space efficiently. - Providing adequate inventory allocation to meet normal volume. - Coordinate activities and communications among vendors and company functional groups to assure Customer account satisfaction, including: - Providing expert knowledge of category trends. - Communicating findings to all individuals involved, including Category Managers, Shelf Merchandising Specialists, etc. - Identifying opportunities to increase customer sales through improvement of product mix. - Advising Category Managers on planogram standards. - Providing technical and analytical support to the Category Managers by analyzing store data to effectively place items in the planogram. - Coordinate implementation of merchandising activities, including: - Planograms. - New items. - Ads. - Grand openings. - Customer requests. - Monitor competitor activities, recommend paths forward, and implement approved plans. - Assist in monitoring all accounts and receivables. - Establish and maintain databases for promotions, price changes, cost changes, item maintenance, and other information regarding sales and marketing activities.
