• Respond to and track client questions related to support/incidents • Assist with validation of the functional specification prepared by the Product team • Receive support tickets, verify whether the client’s report is accurate, classify the ticket correctly, reproduce the issue and provide evidence so the development team can resolve it • Guide and follow up with clients regarding package delivery and related procedures • Receive complaints and nonconformities raised in tickets and, in critical cases, inform the Relationship/Product teams and leadership • Support the Relationship team in client status meetings related to support, when requested • Analyze requests together with leadership and/or the client, acting consultatively to define the solution for the project scope considering available technical options • Contribute to planning project and support structures to clarify assigned activities, sharing ideas or proposing actions that enable project completion • Provide technical support to testers/validators and detail business requirements for developers • Act as leadership backup for triage and analysis of open tickets • Monitor parameterization and support product rollout/implementation at client sites • Follow and apply specification standards to ensure the quality (governance) established by the company • Deliver internal and/or external technical training

Job Requirements

  • Technical vocational high school diploma in technology, or currently pursuing a university degree in technology or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry (any functional area)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Technical English
