• At Coconut, we connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent while prioritizing meaningful, reliable partnerships. • We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role of Lead Generation Specialist/General Admin. • Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week, working from 7 AM to 2 PM PST.
Job Requirements
- Build and enrich a list of 130 potential investors
- Research each target company to identify the analyst contact rather than founder/CEO/principal contacts
- Find and populate analyst names for each investor/company
- Find and populate analyst email addresses
- Use company websites and general online research to fill in missing contact details
- Use AI/search tools to identify likely analyst contacts where websites do not show them clearly
- Verify email deliverability before outreach where possible
- Deliver the work in rolling batches of 10 instead of waiting for the full list to be completed
- Potentially support initial outreach after the list-building/enrichment work starts
- Handle broader general administrative work over time
- Support data entry
- Support customer service
- Support email and phone customer assistance
- Support lead research
- Potential future support with vendor coordination and other admin tasks
- Good to have: Prospecting background plus general admin capability
- Comfort supporting outreach and possibly phone-based assistance over time
- Ability to grow into a longer-term assistant relationship as trust builds
- Non-negotiable Requirements: Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with Zoom and Outlook
- Ability to perform lead research / prospecting / list enrichment
