• Identifying potential leads through platforms like Google, LinkedIn, social networks, and other channels; • Using AI tools to improve and speed up lead search, data enrichment, research, and outreach preparation; • Working with Google Sheets, CRM systems, social networks, and specialized tools, such as Apollo and PhantomBuster, to manage and scale lead generation activities; • Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, hiring, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and high-quality lead flow; • Keeping accurate records of interactions, tracking lead progress, and maintaining data hygiene across systems; • Exploring new industries and products while working with clients from North America and Europe; • Keeping up with set deadlines and providing weekly/monthly reports on work results; • Actively contributing feedback to marketing and sales teams to continuously improve lead quality, outreach strategies, and qualification processes.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with Google Sheets, social networks, and multiple specialized tools (e.g., Apollo, Phantom Buster, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator, Fiverr, and Social Networks
- Working experience in Software Engineering Companies
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively search for information
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the capacity to solve practical problems.
